Our approach is fundamentally based on the quality function deployment (QFD) method. But we have simplified the procedure in the context of variousindustrial projects based on the needs of our customers. The approach is usefully completed and has become lean and fast. The most innovative part of our method is the Motive Scenario Analysis. With this psychological module it is possible to anticipate future customer needsregarding the product and the product environment and to develop innovative solutions thereof and new ideas for complementary products (and services).
